Blessing Bags
Many children in our county suffer from food insecurity over the weekend and these bags provide a way to prevent this challenge. Each bag contains several of the following:
Small individual cans of ravioli, Beanie Weanies or Vienna Sausages
Individual containers of peaches, pears or applesauce
Raisin Boxes
Pop Tarts and cereal bars
Peanut Butter Crackers
Juice or milk boxes
These items are placed in a brown paper lunch bag for students to take home on Friday afternoons.
